In next month 3b show in ITC reversal colom of previous ineligible ITC you took.
Since you have temporarily reversed in table 4(B)(2) in earlier month, You should reverse as follows:
1. Claim in 4(A)(5)
2. Reverse in 4(B)(1)
3. Disclose in 4(D)(1)
