ITC setoff applicability

main exempted goods ka export karata hu to jo mera ITC hai or sath hi sath m restaurant ki service v provide karata hu gst rate 5% m to kya m apana resturant wala output ko apane export wala input se Setoff kar sakata hu. plz. suggest me...

Yes both are including one gst no.

If the final output is exempted from GST then the ITC of such goods cannot be claimed against any other goods
