can we set off IGST credit of 50 each to sgst and sgst.. that making their liability 0, or we have to adjust entire credit through entire CGST ?

You can adjust the igst credit with cgst or sgst or both as you wish too but make sure you utilise the igst credit fully before utilising cgst or sgst credit
