over claim of ITC by mistake then in September 2018, how can I revise????

In GSTR-3B of next month you need to reverse ITC along with interest As applicable

As per my opinion
interest would apply at the rate of 18% on safer side on day basis ,
you need to reverse ITC in the same head under which excess ITC has been claimed of the same amount of excess claimed ITC
