itc reverse in GSTR3B problem?

I want to reverse only SGST BUT on portal not allow, same amount of reverse of SGST show in CGST coloumn. how I correct it

You cant do so. You may correct only by adjusting IGST......

There is technical issue in GSTR3B. It is not allowing only SGST or CGST reversal.
