Itc reversal

Dear experts,
one of our supplier has yet not file the return petering to 18-19. we have reversed the ITC through 3B. but please advise how to reverse the ITC in books of account. please suggest entry ?

create an account named CGST & SGST Reverse Ac under duties & taxes...
pass a from JV from your CGST & SGST purchase (under duties & taxes) ac to CGST & SGST Reverse ac
