If Available ITC is less than the ITC to be reversed. Does gstr-3b return accepts negative value ?
In this case I suppose the remaining liability has to be paid using the cash challan ?
Please suggest anyone.

Purchase return has happened because of business closure. Now sale has not happened for the month and itc needs to be reversed. Itc available is less than the itc to be reversed. How to adjust the same in gstr-3b ?
