ITC Reversal

My company deals in exempted goods but on some inputs we're charged GST. Since implementation our lawyer advised us to carry over ITC which we carried upto Feb 18 . In March our .CA said we'll not get any ITC and the whole amount of ITC was reversed in March return. What actions will be taken against our co?
