Telephone bill
Electricity bill

yes..if u have invoice and in invoice your GST number mentioned.

Yes... You can claim ITC if Your supplies are taxable.
Conditions as per above reply.

ITC can be claimed if invoice bears gstin and company name.

On bike, car purchase used for business purposes ITC can be avail?
