my client give the building on rent with centralised AC and generator can supplier claim ITC on AC and generator

Yes , ITC can be claimed,

under section 17(5) service relating to works contract for self is not allowed as ITC

in your case it is renting service not works cntract evenif related to real estate

ITC on disel can not be claimed
