Dear Sir,
1. X Ltd issues the Tax invoice to Y Ltd.
2. In the invoice GST number of Y Ltd not been mentioned.
3. X Ltd filed the GST return by considering this invoice as B to C outward supply.
4. Both are registered persons under GST.
My query :
At this scenario, whether Y Ltd can avail the ITC against this invoice?
