ITC received from ISD in GSTR-9

Hello,

I am filing GSTR9 of 18-19. I downloaded system computed GSTR-9 from website. In part 3, point G, I can see a amount under "Input Tax  credit received from ISD" is there any way to check who has paid this tax on our name? I checked GSTR-2A ISD details but didn't find anything in any of the month.

If anyone know about this please help.
