ITC query on Hotel booking

I have business in west Bengal and for business purpose I have go goa and for that I book hotel on my co name. so can I get the itc.

you can avail ITC if tax invoice is in the name of your company

Even if invoice is in your company name, you can't avail ITC

atanuji, suppose you provide your GSTN , hotel charged SGST and CGST on hotel bill, you are not registered in KOKAN , so you have to expense out the SGST, but you can claim CGST on such invoice.

Yes you can get ITC on that Bill.If it's your company name and company's GST number.... And your company take ITC...

He is give his company name and company's GST number then how to prepare invoice CGST and SGST module.
The hotel ll be preparing IGST bill....
