It can be claimed as it is not excluded as per sec17(5)

No you can claim ITC on repair & Maintenance of Car , as its being aslo clarify in Amended Act (No.31 of 2018) , dtd 29/08/2018

Yes. @ Hitesh is right..

One cannot claim ITC with respect to repairs on car as per the latest clarification by CBIC.
