itc query

i have buy goods in july. my supplier not file his july gstr1 rtn till date. but i have file my july gstr2. i have forgot add purchase invoice in gstr2. if my buyer file his gstr1 after 1st November. when i get itc?

You can claim credit by paying the GST not paid by your supplier and avoid any trouble from GST department. Yes do claim the ITC the purchases made and file your return but it will raise a demand and pay it for avoiding troubles. Most importantly, the ITC of the purchase made will be made available to you and credit to your e cash ledger whenever the supplier pays it and then you can use it for future returns. So your money will not be wasted but yes the GST amount will for somedays be paid by you because of the careless attitude of the supplier.

@ Mr. Tarun Shah.,

If you don't add the invoice in your GSTR 2 then can't get ITC on July...

After your supplier show it his GSTR 1 you ll get ITC next month...
