If Govt. organisation paid gst to contractors for construction of road. building etc. can that govt. department claim credit if that gst paid. pls reply.
no ITC for department as they don't have GSTIN but GSTAN...even if recipient of service would have been other than government in the present case ITC of immovable property is not available us 17(5)
