We purchase some goods from register person. Bill dt. 31.7.17 but goods received on dt. 08.08.2017 now which dt. can we inputs. And In gstr 2 showing the bill month of July return

I think this invoice also shown in your supplier for the month of July return...
So,You can avail the ITC. If you can't avail on July then you can get it on August...
