As per me, if you are using it for transportation of goods you can avail ITC
yes u can take itc
you can avail itc but output tax @ 12%,, without ITC 5 %
Nitin sir they are in mining business and not GTA, then how you are applying these provisions?
okay, then you can avail Itc and collet GST @ 18
