Itc on the basis of document or gstr2A fy 2018 19

Dear sir,
In the year 2018 19 I hv taken Itc on the basis of documents. But not on the basis of GSTR 2A.
But some bills had not been shown in Gstr1 by supplier.
Does ITC of missing invoice will reverse.
