ITC on staff welfare
ITC avail on staff welfare ie if we r purchased biscuits ,Suger ,tea etc for staff can we input on that items

As per section 17(5)(b) of CGST Act 2017, ITC cannot be claimed on food and Beverages except in case the entity is engaged in business of further supply of such food and beverages.
It is covered under Sec 17(5) blocked credit
INPUT TAX CREDIT ( ITC ) is blocked on Food and Beverages u/s 17(5) of the CGST Act 2017.
