Friends, I am a trader. I have paid service charges to test my product, to a testing centre. SAC code is 998346. How can I claim the ITC, i.e., I want to claim the CGST and the SGST paid by me to the service provider.

Can I claim the CGST, SGST and adjust them as ITC or shall I have pay from my pocket only

Yes You can take ITC...
Also it's one of the specialization in GST...
You can take it fully no more restriction if in your business expense...
