ITC ON RESTAURANTS
Is there any way to claim ITC on expenses incurred by restaurants. Sales made only through swiggy and zomato and what is the effective GST rates.

18% with ITC Claim

You cannot claim ITC .... in term of Notification 46/2017 CT(r) the Restaurant Service provider are not allowed to claim ITC , it's 5% without ITC.

Only Restaurants in hotel where room tariff is 7500/- or more , need to charge 18% with full ITC
