@ kesavaraj s ITC can claim if it is shown in profit and loss...that means not capitalized

@ David Here the question is not whether the Building maintenance is capitalised or not.As per Sec 17(5) of Clause (C ) &(d) , no ITC can be allowed on expenses incurred to immovable property except Plant & Machinery...
