My client receiving rent for his house property (receiving with gst)
I need to know whether he may adjust his ITC against the payment of his GST(rent).

What GST is he incure for furtherance of business. I think there will be no GST paid expense or renting property. if any expenditure incurred certainly yo can claim
You can adjust the eligible ITC against rent.
