itc on rent paid for flat
if A company enters into an agreement for an appointment for an employee and rent paid by our company on a Tax invoice raised by Flat owner along with the GST, can our company take ITC !

flat owner are provide us tax invoice with GST and company payment to flat owner but flat are used for residential by our employee
so we claim itc?
ITC over flat used for residential purpose would not be allowed as GST not leviable over residential usage.
GST not leviable on residential units so can not charge GST.
