If a purchase bill is in preceeding month & material received in next month, is ITC allowed in the month in which TAX invoice hase been made?

If the seller has uploaded that invoice in GSTR 1 and is visible to you GSTR 2A, you need to accept those invoices and the credit of same will be availed in the respective month i.e. the month in which the invoice is issued.
