If I purchase an air conditioner for my business then the is tax amount eligible for credit or not?

Yes you can claim ITC since the capital goods is being used in the course of business.

so this purchase is consider as an asset or business expenses

Yes.... You can book it as Fixed Asset & Also can avail ITC for the Tax amount...

so to claim itc for the tax amount is there is any percentage for claiming itc in a year or
