In partnership firm, a partner purchase a car in company name & gst no ,but he will use this car for personal purpose, so can we take input on this ?
If no, then Is it necessary if partner wants to purchase car in firm's name & to submit firm's gst no whether this is personal purpose & cannot take input on this ?

ITC IS TAKEN ON THOSE ASSESTS WHICH ARE USE OR TO BE USED FOR THE FURTHERANCE OF THE BUSINESS.

no ITC on it gov gives clarification on it if car is below 13 seated no ITC on it

no itc on use of motor vehicle for transportation of persons having approved seating capacity not more than 13 persons including driver.
