In recent noticification 49 dated 9/10/2019, department has said if ITC on not uploaded invoices is limited to 20% of ITC uploaded by suppliers.
But in our taxpayers, ITC not uploaded is near 80% or more of ITC available in 2A.
Can anyone suggest what is to be done in near future? How to deal with huge difference in ITC not uploaded?
