ITC on Hotel & Train
please advise can we claim ITC on hotel bill & train ticket for employee?

ITC on Food and beverage is under block credit as per section 17(5) , but ITC of stay can be availed if its in the same state where your registered place of business is!
for train ticket ITC can be availed if you are possessing ticket as per rule 46 (4) !
for train ticket ITC can be availed if you are possessing ticket as per rule 46 (4) !
