Itc on gst paid on import of goods on ddp incoterm

Dear Forum Members,

i request your reply on the following question:

We Import goods from Overseas on Incoterm DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), where the overseas supplier bear the all the cost till our door step. Accordingly the IGST is also paid by them.My Question is " Whether we can utilise the IGST so paid in the ITC?
