ITC on Gst

Please tell me if any person purchased capital goods before GST registration and gst charges on that capital goods approx 30-40 lac and the person who purchased that goods used this capital goods in the business first time after gst registration. I want to know that whether this input gst is adjustable with output gst after starting business or not and if adjustable then how?
