we are registered dealers with GST, we have rented a car and paid GST @ 5% under RCM. can we get ITC on GST paid?
It is available only when there is:
- further supply of such vehicles.
- transportation of passengers.
- imparting training on driving, flying, navigating such vehicles
- used for transportation of goods.
