ITC on food expenses for employees
can we claim GST ITC on food expenses incurred for providing food to employees and guests?

you can not claim ITC because food and beverage are fall in blocked credit list as per section 17(5) of cgst act
But as per the amendments which are effective from 1st febraury, we can take ITC on food expenses of employees. So can we take ITC on food expenses from feb onwards?
