Itc on fixed asset

Please help us understan on list of items applicable for ITC for a Pvt Ltd. company involved in trading of paper. 

1. Commercial Vehicle purchase for supply of paper.

2. Electric Equipments (Invertor, Battery, Transformer etc) - used in office premise but not in any kind of production/trading or manufacturing.
