You can claim ITC if the criteria speciafied in Section 16 are fulfilled and such Inputs are not mentioned in Section 17(5) blocked credits.

ITC on fixed assets purchased cannot be taken if entity claiming depreciation on the tax (GST) part as well Section 16(3).
