now we have raised a credit note without reference of original invoice no. so now we can take itc on credit not for finicial entry

How can you raised a Credit Note without reference of Original Invoice ?. even though its financial credit note . I mean to say I am not getting your point without reference .
Sir august onwards no given refrence of original invoice no in gstr 1 so ply suggest me
