HOW TO CLAIM ITC ON BANK CHARGES WITHOUT HAVING INVOICE DETAILS IN GST RETURN???

1. No need. Which expenses are under RCM head and Which expenses received from registered / Composition dealer are shown in GST returns...
2. You can claim the service charges. Also you can take the reference number as your Invoice/Document Number. But, Your GSTIN is must in bank accounts....
