One of my client has purchased dumper & he wants to give it on rent to a party charging 18% gst under vehicle rent service head who is sand & gitti supplier. Can he avail GST credit on Dumper ??
Please give suggestion as there is no clear view in the law regarding this.
You can claim GST paid on purchase of dumper, and law also stated clearly that, you can claim GST paid on fixed assets only condition is that you can not claim depreciation on such amount
