can ITC be claimed on handling charges @ 18% (charged in the invoice by the contractor) when a composite bill is issued for bauxite sale @ 5% (inclusive of handling and other charges).....will it be allowed or what should be done under the circumstances. please suggest

Yes, ITC can be availed......
ok....thanks sir....but what about the excess ITC.....CAN WE GET THE REFUND OR IT HAS TO BE CARRIED FORWARD
