Whether ITC can be claimed on banners purchased used in a blood donation camp organised by our client.

Yes ITC available , but need to be Reverse as per Section 17(5) when it is further supply as FREE

Yes you can claim ITC on banners purchased since it is a part of Advertisement Expenses.

It's not to be included in expenses as being further supply.
