we have purchased a new car.
Is GST input allowed on it ?

IF PURPOSES OF THE PURCHASED CAR ARE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING :

  1. Such motor vehicles and conveyances are further supplied i.e. sold
  2. Transport of passengers
  3. used for imparting training on driving, flying, navigating such vehicle or conveyances
  4. Transportation of goods

THEN ONLY ITC CAN BE AVAILED
