ITc on capital goods - laptop

i m trader of bag ...i bought laptop , printer and also a glass for furniture ..
..so can i claim whole amount of ITC in year of purchase of capital goods or earlier rule of 50:50 will apply ... i mean 50% in year of pur and bal in following period ..
