Dear Friends.
I am a registered person under GST law as a proprietor dealings with supply of construction materials.
I'm going to buy a Truck of Rs 25 lac. for my business through finance from a bank. the company will bill the truck in my name instead of my business name.
Can i take Input credit on purchase of truck ???

Motor vehicle block credit under section 17 (5)...if this is also in name of ur gst no then also u can't take itc
