ITC on Air ticket invoice will be alloeed or not?
Invoice is on the name of company and gstn number is shown on the invoice.
please suggest.
A register taxable person can, subject to following conditions avail credit of input tax by him on any inward supply received to be used or intended to be used in the business.
1) He has a tax invoive
2) He has received a services
3) The tax charged for that supply has actually been paid to the GOVT by supplier
4) Supplier has to furnished the return .
