The ITC restrictions are there from Section 17(5) if expense is not specifically covered under section 17(5) and such expense is used for business or furtherance of business, ITC would be eligible.
Expense not eligible specifically mentioned in 17(5). You can search there if it mentioned there then you will not be eligible for such expenses. Otherwise you will be eligible
