can we take ITC on 2017-18 in current year march"19??? and can we deducted the excess ITC on 2017 -18 in current year march"19???

you can't take itc for the FY 17-18 as the last date for claiming ITC is already expired i. e. 20th oct 18

date for claiming ITC was extended till March returns and hence they can take ITC in March month returns.
