Can we claim INPUT CREDIT on tours and travelling bills for office purpose?

Yes you can claim as it is for business purpose.

YES IF BILLS IN THE NAME OF COMPANY AND GSTIN IS MENTIONED ON BILL

Yes , ITC on tours & travelling is available through GST compliant invoices.

It is essential you have GST compliant invoice from both the airline and your travel solution provider to claim the input tax credit.
