ITC Applicable on cab service under RCM.cab service provider not charge GST on his bill but he registered under GST.

If a cab service provider is registered for GST but does not charge GST on its bills, it is not liable to pay GST under the RCM. In this case, the cab service provider would not be eligible to claim ITC on the GST paid under the RCM.
