ITC not availed
Our Courier services charges GST.We are not able to avail ITC because they do not issue Tax Invoices. But their invoices appear on GST portal under B2B.What should we do?

ask for invoices , it may be any form
it may be in form of delivery challan, or note
but it should have all required details which are mentioned in CGST Act
you can claim ITC
